Helge Lippert is a global expert in performance, life, and corporate coaching. He goes about his professional life with honesty, integrity, and respect. He is the embodiment of his core values. SMAL faced the challenge of turning a one-man company into a brand. Helge and SMAL’s first focus: distancing themselves from the dated, and very clinical, identity typically associated with coaching. Dr. Lippert desired an image befitting his skills and personality. This new and improved image enabled him to stand out against his competitors in the coaching industry. 

After all, Zero Regrets was born out of what Helge does best: seeing eye to eye with people – his empathy. He is passionate about the personal development of human beings. The thought went on to influence many aspects of this project.

Helge’s approachable personality and trustworthiness are exemplified equally in every aspect of the visual language: from the logo wordmark to the brand photography. For example, the logo consists of a geotag symbol pointing upwards symbolizing: "from here on up...no more regrets". SMAL provided Helge with a style guide and matching marketing assets. Dr. Lippert got the whole package: not only a style guide, but also a mission statement, a vision statement, pitch presentations, and a website.

SMAL overcame the challenge of ensuring the purity of Zero Regrets’ image. The All-In-One Designers successfully projected his accessible and engaging manner, while simultaneously streamlining the look. The coaching industry’s type is a dry and monotonous one, which is why Helge’s sophisticated services were made to stand out. How? With a touch of piercing color. A punchy tone.
