After identifying key use cases, frequently used features and the habitual use of routers we established a design language for the app which aligns with the Vodafone brand, guidelines and expectations. Information architecture clearly defined means limiting the scope of features to its bare essentials. The modularity of the application allowed feature customization per country and future scalability.
