Mid-Level UI/UX Designer (Munich)

Are you a UI/UX Designer looking to gain valuable experience in the digital design industry? Great! We are looking for a designer who is passionate about creating digital experiences for innovative clients across various industry sectors.

As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with the visual creation, product design, and coding team to develop user-friendly and innovative websites, landing pages, and apps.

We value creativity and collaboration, and we are looking for someone who is a team player and eager to learn. You will have the opportunity to work on interdisciplinary projects and learn from experienced designers.

• Has 2-4 years of professional experience as a digital designer
• Is all about the details and won't settle for anything less than excellence
• Can handle deadlines, budgets, and quality with ease and reliability
• Knows how to roll with the punches and adapt to challenges like a boss
• Can dive deep to understand client and user needs and create products that align with our agency's vision
• Has experience leading junior designers (extra credit for being a mentor)
• Can present like a pro and has mastered the latest design and prototyping tools, like Figma, Framer and/or Webflow
• Is a team player who is self-organized
• Has strong presentation skills
• Is reliable with a focus on deadline, budget, and quality
• Has a passion for design, interaction, and user experience
• Has excellent knowledge of the latest software such as Figma
