As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you’ll work closely with our talented team of visual creators, industrial designers, and coders to develop top-notch digital products like websites, landing pages, and apps. With a focus on smart UX and innovative UI, you’ll bring our clients’ visions to life.

We're looking for someone who has:
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a digital designer
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to lead interdisciplinary projects and present to clients in English
- Leadership experience, including managing junior designers
- Passion for design, interaction, and user experience
- Excellent knowledge of the latest design and prototyping tools, such as Figma, Framer and Webflow
- A detail-oriented approach and always pushing for excellence
- Ability to remain calm and collected under tight deadlines and changing project demands
- Deep understanding of client and user needs
- Flexibility, proactivity, and eagerness to drive decisions
- Openness to learning and growing, with a strong team mentality
- Unwavering passion for design and fighting monotony on the daily
- Reliable with a focus on deadline, budget, and quality
- Great Self-organization skills and is a team player.
