As Project Manager at SMAL you will be the rockstar that supervises and brings projects to incredible success (expect shine and fame ;-)). From the start to the finishing line – you'll be there to help both our clients and team to envision and bring terrific projects to life.

• The ultimate orchestrator who'll ensure our work is smooth, on scope, on time and on budget?
• Keen on developing a deep understanding of a client's needs for successful long-term collaborations?
• Excited to lead multidisciplinary projects and to contribute to the creative output by teaming up with designers, coders and creative directors?
• An energetic person with a cool head that loves working in a collaborative and dynamic environment?
• Unmatchable when it comes to overseeing projects to surpass goals and expectations?

THAT'S AWESOME! FOR A PERFECT MATCH, WE WISH YOU TO HAVE:

• An agency background with at least 2 years of experience in managing projects in product innovation, design, marketing or in the digital and software industry
• A good understanding of product and digital design and its development process
• The ability and flexibility to oversee the team’s day-to-day activities and to make the right decisions
• Strong client facing and communication skills in English (German is also nice)
• A motivated, proactive and flexible way of thinking and working in a team paired with a hands-on mentality
